Cocoture Truffles. Did you know?

These delicious truffles are gluten, dairy and soy free. They have all the wellness benefits of organic coconut and can be sugar free if desired. 

It is an amazing experience making these with family, friends or children. They could also be a thoughtful gift for someone you love. Sky is the limit as far as creativity goes. For example one could make truffle snowmen with these using our white cocoture (more on this in our future blog posts). 

Hand molding Cocoture truffles is as easy as playing with play-dough. Cocoture can be molded into little balls by simply spooning it in your hands right out of the jar. Once molded into truffles, it can be rolled in your favorite topping. Truffles shown are rolled in chia seeds, raw shelled hemp seeds and peanut flour.

Cocoture taken out of the fridge and left at room temperature overnight usually will be as thick as play-dough and truffle making ready. If you want it thicker, apply some cold by placing it in the fridge or leave it longer at room temperature if you prefer it softer.
